- Must Required Master of Laws (LLM) or Juris Doctor degree (J.D.), you will be responsible for:
- Review case files, annalyzing potential legal issues involved in those cases, and discussing litigation strategies with staff attorneys;
- Conducting extensive legal research on statutes, case law, regulations, and other sources of legal authorities related to a variety of cases
handled by the Petitioner in various legal issues in Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, immigration and other practice areas;
- Draft legal documents in forms of memorandums, complaints, answers, briefs and various motions for staff attorneys' review based on
the legal research;
- Assisting staff attorneys with settlement disscussions, mediation process or preliminary conferences before the courts;
- Communicating with court and cilents on case status, motion arrangement and other matters under the instruction and supervision of staff
attorney.
